We do not offer refunds if you cannot attend your event. When you booked your place(s) these places were removed from public sale. We are committed to paying the location for your place(s) prior to the event. All of our events are sold according to the number of people attending the event and we cannot recoup this payment from the location.
Yes, you will need to bring your own torch. However, we prefer that head torches are not worn as they can blind other guests and cause accidents during the event.
Unfortunately the paranormal will not just happen on command, but using psychic experiments and experienced hosts at our events who will encourage spirit activity and place you in areas that they know are paranormally active, our events do not normally disappoint, although in the world of spirit nothing is ever guaranteed!
When you make a booking you are automatically placed on a guest list along with the number of people booked. This is a ticketless event but if you prefer to print off your tickets then please do so.
There are toilets at all of our locations. However, whilst most of the location facilities are of a high standard some of our locations are abandoned buildings and the toilet facilities can be unpleasant. We therefore suggest that you bring hand sanitiser to all of our events for your own personal use.
You are very welcome to bring your own equipment, however, it is your responsibility to look after this on the event and you may be asked to switch off any equipment if it interferes with the vigil at any time
